Etsy Fourteen77 Candles Review and Giveaway

Where are you from? and a little bit about youI am a Wife, Mom and ‘kick butt’ candle maker. I have 2 children and a wonderful husband. My husband has worked very hard so I can be a ‘full time’ wife and mother. He has also been my biggest candle supporter, getting even the manliest men to put their hot rods or motorcycles on my picture candles.
I grew up in a large, creative family (I am the oldest of 9) in central Maryland. I am now raising my children a mile away from my childhood home where my Mother, brothers and sisters still live. In my family the handmade gifts have always been more treasured than the store bought ones. One year I decided I wanted to make candles. I had always loved candles but had never found ones that were strong enough so I started playing around and came up with “my secret formula”. When I gave them as gifts everyone wanted to know where I had purchased them which then turned into “you should sell these”, “they are so strong”. So I took their advice and started making more and selling them, more as a hobby then a serious business. Now that the little ones are a little older I have a bit more time so I decided to take it full on and ‘do something for myself’.

What items do you carry in your shop?
I carry highly scented, hand poured candles and custom picture candles.

Do you have anything new you plan on adding to your store?
I am always testing new scents to add to the shop. I will also be adding new colored glass containers very soon. I am currently testing air fresheners, room sprays and melts that I hope to have available in the near future.

Do you have a favorite scent?Wow, that is a hard one. Blueberry Cobbler, Buttercream, Cinnamon Toast, Lilac and Fruitti Loops are among my top favorites.

I received a few candle scents from Fourteen77. Among them were Cinnamon toast, roasted chestnut, blueberry cobbler, and buttercream.

When I first set up the review and giveaway with Fourteen77 I was thrilled. Candles are not a common item that I usually receive from Etsy sellers so I knew that they would be something all of my readers would love! I was also very impressed with the large variety of scents that Fourteen77 has available in her shop. Some of the scents available include Rose Petal, Peppermint Bark, Chocolate Mint, Apple Hot Baked Pie, Cotton Candy, Irish Crème, Peaches & Cream, Rootbeer, and Wildberry Zinger Tea just to name a few!

Another feature I liked right away was the labels in which can be easily customized with your favorite poem or even a picture!

Fourteen77 shipped the items quickly and the packaging was nice. The tea lights fit perfectly into the little bags and marked plainly for me to know what scent was which!

I would most defiantly make a purchase from Fourteen77. I used my tea lights in my candle warmer and the scent lasted for more than 2 days! That is saying a lot since I keep my burner on almost 24 hours a day and it was just one tea light at a time! I am very impressed and had many compliments on the scent during the holiday! Fourteen77 gets a 5 star rating from me!!
