When I opened the kit I noticed a letter telling me a little about Fresh Baby and how to use my kit. Under that was a nutrition card to help me better understood what my baby should be eating.
Next Is the DVD. “How to make baby food.” it is a 22 min DVD that helps you through the steps of making your own food. I love that there is a tutorial that I can watch. I learn much faster by watching then just by reading.
The kit also contains a recipe book! YAY! I love recipes! But, there is more to it than just that. Each recipe will tell you how old your child should be when introducing them to that specific food. It will also tell you the nutritional value of each item.
Last but not least are the baby food trays to store your home made baby food! What a wonderful kit! This week my daughter and I made pears and peas. (She had a thing with the letter p) the recipes were nice and easy to follow and the day care babies seemed to really enjoy them! Okay so the older kids tried it too and they liked it! Maybe this will by my new secret to get the older kids to eat their veggies!
